Delta

Originating from a far off island from Hoenn, Delta is an odd fusion between a Vaporeon and a Sharpedo. Due to his inherited Sharpedo genetics, he has incredible strength unlike other Vappies. As proof he once did quite the feat of strength; On a beach he found a mostly buried anchor, and decided to try pulling it up. At first it wasn't budging because it was quite deep, but then something very peculiar began to happen; As it turns out, this anchor had a strange magic placed on it, and as he was pulling away at it, unknown to him he was beginning to rapidly grow in size and strength. He got so massive that he tore it right out from the ground with ease. The magic placed on this anchor was that, through prolonged contact with it, the recipient's strength and size begins to multiply exponentially. When he learned about this, he became... Curious, of how far he could go, and he's been quite obsessed with growing ever since.

After these events, he eventually became a pirate captain over a vessel that, rather than a traditional pirate ship, he commandeers a massive metal warship vessel capable of splitting into four separate boats, him of course getting the majority of the ship. He also recruited a crew whom he refers to with names mostly based on Greek alphabet (Theta, Tetra and Alpha) which consist of a Feraligatr (Alpha) A Floatzel (Tetra) and a Crawdaunt (Theta.)

His ultimate goal is to flood the entire world and submerge everything, to drown out all the non-water Pokemon of which he inexplicably despises, or 'land-breathers' as he calls them. Though so far his attempts have majorly backfired on him, so he's not getting that far into getting his plan off the ground.
