Beetle's Commissions

Hello! I'm Beetle! This is my first time opening commissions, so I'm excited to help bring your characters to life! :D

Payment:

• Paypal Invoice (Must be comfortable sharing your email)
• Prices are in CAD and USD, but invoice will be sent in CAD

TOS:

• Turnaround time is usually within 1 week, though may be extended to 2 weeks if my commission load is heavier. I will always communicate if there are delays!
• Payments are made after the sketch is finalised. After that point, no further major edits may be requested.
• No refunds after sketch is finalised
• Do NOT use my art in AI. 
• If you are going to send me AI to use as a reference, please send more than one image so I can reference off multiple generated images.
• Credit me as the artist. Do not remove my watermark
• Speak with me first before using the art for commercial purposes
• When the drawing is lined, minor edits may be requested (small expression changes, etc.). After this point, no edits may be made unless there is a legitimate issue with my depiction of your character.
• I will charge an additional design fee for any commission that does not provide me with a reference image of the character :D this fee also applies to AI references, sorry.
• I retain the right to refuse any commission!

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Design fee: If you don't have a reference sheet for your character (you only have a description, or a mood board, etc.) then I will charge an additional design fee for the extra work that goes into designing the character! 

Background:

Flat Colour/simple pattern: No extra charge

Framing: +$10 /$7 (Like the border of this drawing)

Full Background: $15+ / $11+ (Depending on complexity, can be negotiated)

Extras:

Props: +$5-30 / $4-$22 (Weapons, familiars/companions, food items, etc. Depending on the complexity, there may even be no charge! I will never charge extra for mobility aids unless they have complex stickers/patterns on them <3)

Dynamic lighting (varies. Ask! :D)

COUPONS!

What are commission coupons? Well, they're just a fun way to make recurring commissions more accessible! Your commission will come with a unique coupon that you can use to get a discount on your next purchase! These can be given to friends and family, but may only be used once! You absolutely have no obligation to use the coupon if you don't wish to commission me again, but I like to have them available as a way to give back to the people who choose to support me on a continued basis!
