This character was made for a challenge but he's still my son. I probably won't continue working on him.
His name is Hops. Hops is a paperboy who controls information going in and out of sewer cities (abandoned pipes above ground). His rats scurry around the cities collecting information. When they overhear lies or snitching from residents of the cities, they end the individuals and drag them back to Hops. He then sews their words into their hides to sell as newspapers.
He is ~13 years old but no one really knows. He himself does not have physical strength and will often be bullied by older teens in the cities. He is a softie toward his rats, which he creates from soot he collects from chimney sweep snitches in the cities. He will protect his fat, little friends with his life.
