Briarflower is a calm and kind individual who always seems to know what she's doing when it comes to herbs, plants and healing her clanmates. She's considered very capable and intelligent by those around her.
While confident, she's not overly cocky or narcissistic, but her experience is obvious to any onlooker. She's often looked up to by her clanmates.
Has a strong connection with StarClan, and frequently walks alongside her ancestors.
Briarflower and Lynxstar get along well and are pretty close. They often can be found resting together in their downtime. They frequently go to one another for second opinions when they're not confident on a topic.
Briarflower was the one who originally got the message from StarClan that Lynxpelt was to be the new leader of their Clan.
Briarflower was Sootpaw's mentor when PineClan and BirchClan were still one. Now that the two clans have split, Sootgaze is disgusted with eir previous mentor for not only taking Lynxstar's side, but actively encouraging and choosing her over Snowstar.
Briarflower doesn't understand where she went wrong with teaching Sootpaw morals, and feels pity and guilt surrounding em.
Briarflower was Chilledpaw's mentor when Chilledpaw first joined BirchClan. At first, Chilledpaw somewhat resented having a mentor and believed that she knew enough about herbs to be a full medicine cat. However, she soon realized that she was being overly confident and throwing away a great opportunity to learn more, and made it her goal to learn as much as she could from the senior medicine cat.
Briarflower is Oakpaw's mentor. Oakpaw looks up to her greatly, and wishes they could be as calm and collected as their mentor is. Briarflower ensures Oakpaw that they will become more confident with experience and age.
