This vampire has little need to feed on human fears, though. Lucent has a tendency to steer clear of most human interaction, though not purely to keep anyone from harm. He finds the newer generations quite obnoxious. Unlike most 'twilight' styled vampires, he doesn't quite glitter in the sunlight. He finds it a bit hotter than his tastes, and sometimes in the harshest of sunlight it burns, like a bad sun poisoning, but it's never anything he can't handle. He's happy, on most days, to kick his feet up in his cool, dark home. Lucent has a bit of a short temper, much to his knowledge, though centuries of working with it has taught him to control it better. He's a dark character with little interest in making any new friends or companions to stick with him, despite a few people's attempts. When it comes to feeding, he's extremely precarious. He'll only feed directly from a human on the rarest of occasions, and otherwise sticks to his own methods. It's not uncommon to find him sipping on a wine-glass, most definitely not filled with wine.

Appearance

Lucent embodies a picturesque nightmare; he's tall and slender, with an aura of misery that clings to the air around him. His white hair on a youthful face and a stoney-eyed stare are enough to make anyone shiver.
