Bourreau is Sirap's executioner. nobody knows if he's a clown or an alien or anything else, people often joke about him being a furry for being particulary hairy. he's highly sadistic and take adventage of his work to kill people freely. he often make exceptions for the bigest serial killers he have to execute to got them to work with him, like Crève Clébard or Goinfre.
he have a particular obsession with Crève Clébard because none of his attempt to execute him worked. he work all day on possibilities to kill him for good given the fact that he refused to work with Bourreau, he have no reason to keep him alive.
