Netoyeur is like Bourreau's minion despite the fact that he hate his master. he's a little psycho who get pleasure from killing things or peoples. he's pretty obedient but often complain about his role while doing his task which are, cleaning the scaffold and the torture and killing machine.
he plot on killing Bourreau to become executioner himself, he don't want to share this role with anyone.
