<sub>Named herself after: The weapon of the rain & thunder-deity Indra, represents firmness of spirit and spiritual power. She stumbled upon a ritual where the weapon was used.
Hatched on: Vajra was born in a low mountain range in India, on the 1st of November. The owl species she belongs to is the Brown Fish Owl, but Vajra is quite a bit darker than a regular Brown Fish Owl. Her skin is quite pale though (because of the time of year and the region she was born in).

Aditional information: Vajra may seem unapproachable at first, but she is very kind at heart and pretty fragile. She looks for materials to use for smithing around dawn, while she goes to work or read around dusk. She likes to implement what she learns about art to her weapons, which means she always adds something personal and pretty to them: a nice golden detail here, some subtle engravings there, maybe a gem or two... As long as it's pretty, but still functional. She prefers reading about Eastern art & mythology, or the European classical period.

Vajra left her owl family quite quickly after her first transformation to travel different regions and then countries. She finally settled at the edge of a forest on Shodo Island, Japan, close enough to humans to visit the nearby village from time to time, but she can be on her own when she wants to. She may move again in the future, since the world has been developing rapidly and she is starting to get interested in more modern weapons (guns, tasers, etc). She loves traditional weapons, though, so she will never stop making those and reading about them.
