Skye

Skye grew up in a small village of other cockatiel-lycanthrope inhabitants where cockatiels were celebrated as Gods and many were encouraged to keep a cockatiel-humanoid hybrid form in public. Once Skye aged into a young adult however, she opted to leave the village in pursuit of learning magic. Struggling on her own for the first time in her life, and being turned down by various teachers, she happened upon an old owl - a deceased wizard's familiar, who taught her everything he knew. The result was the current day Skye, newly educated and exists in her cockatiel form most of the time.

Skye is most proficient in wind-element magic, and struggles with electricity-based magic. She is still fairly young - in her human form she may look like she's in her early 20s, but in her hybrid and bird forms it is harder to tell and most would assume she is older.
As with other lycanthropes, the matter of shapeshifting and clothes is an issue. Usually she will remove her scarf and bag, put the scarf into the bag AND she needs to have clothing nearby and privacy to change before transforming into her humanoid form. Her staff is specially made and will transform with her.
She is less concerned being "naked" in her hybrid form however - feathers cover most of her body, but she usually only changes into this form when meeting with those from her home village.  

Skye is cautious by nature, she is very aware of herself and tends to not try very risky moves. She will literally "blow away" anyone she distrusts enough, and will use this to aid her escape (flying away).
