Allegra is a very happy and carefree spirit, often spreading her joy to all those around her, regardless of their mood. She's often found putting flowers in her fur or weaving flower crowns for others. She loves to dance, although she has two left feet, so she often falls, but it never fails to make herself and others laugh, which is fine with her. ❝What is a snowy orb dragon?❞
Snowy orb dragons [also known as Snowies] are large omnivorous mammals with similarities to large dogs or elk. These animals range from 35'' to 85'' in height, and tend to be around 350.lb to 1,000.lb, but more heavy variations have been observed. They are Oviparous, but still avid parents to their young. They tend to take on multiple mates at multiple times, but occasionally with settle for life with a single partner. They live in groups of up to 50 other Snowies, and are very very rarely seen alone. They tend to have a more carnivorous diet in summers, eating any sort of small animal or insect available to them. During winters, their diets change to barks and scraps of whatever they can find.
Snowies were first discovered in the cold tundra, observed doing quite an array of interesting behaviors. They tend to mass burrow, creating complex tunnel / cave systems, enough to hold up to a thousand people underground. These tunnels can be decorated, and are often similar to human apartment complexes with how they interact and section off dens. Their flight capabilities are extremely interesting, once having thought to be completely illogical, scientists can now explain how it happens. Snowies' will often find natural limestone deposits, and natural gem growth in and around their bodies help grind it up in the stomach. They've got a thimble on the roof of their mouth and a specially designed "metal" coating under their tongue. They use the gases of the digested limestone to get themselves off the ground, and breathe fire to help control their flight and to help warm themselves. Their gemstone growths are perhaps the most interesting part about them, because no one can explain how or why they're there. Its been proved that the gems are link to their health, and cracking of their orb can cause their immune system to plummet, and the breaking of any of their gems will almost always result in death.
These happy creatures are like giant dogs, perfect for families that can afford large open spaces for them. They risk extinction because of invasive species seriously injuring their populations, and the public has been urged to help out with research and to help house these creatures so they don't disappear.
