Personality Description
Nothing done by Ivy is done with ill-intentions. He is an all-around family-boy who just wants to appease them all. Ivy believes that anything can be improved with a friend or loved one, but he becomes nervous if the partner he’s found is someone less familiar. Ivy’s weakness is having to introduce himself and make new friends. He isn’t the best at reading the room, often missing typically obvious social cues of others. While typically that would make him worried during interactions, he does his best to stay true to himself as he hopes it’s what his family would be most proud of.

History
Daily Life LogBirth:
Ivy was born during the winter, often considered a sign of bad luck. Having two fathers means that Ivy kit was born from a surrogate. His fathers are Warmbear, a Shoal refugee, and Spiderthorn, the medicine cat of PineClan with his surrogate being his aunt CygnetWillow. He is named after a cat named Mildew, who before joining the clan was assumed as a ghost sent to help the couple return home.
Kithood:
Ivy had a regular kithood that was filled with playing around and the occasional sibling quarrels. During this time there was a lot of grieving within the clan as death after death occurred. This made the already clingy kit terrified of losing his one close ones. This led to Ivy spending more time interacting with family than any other kits within the nursery. The constant exposure led to Ivy having a distant reaction to when cats died, only knowing that comforting the remaining cats he cared about was most important. During kithood Ivy took a great interest in rocks and pebbles, making sure his fathers were kept up to date on every new discovery made and rocks found.
Apprentice:
Ivy found that he made no dramatic change from his kithood. He still kept mostly to himself and his own family. Any interactions with others were bound to be teeth-pulling awkward. During one fateful hunting session, a bird startled the young apprentice when it suddenly flew up into his face. Since then Ivy has had a distance relationship with any type of bird.
Ivy was just getting the hang of training under SycamoreFlight's watch when she suddenly passed away. This left Ivy in the strange position of having to readjust to his new mentor Badgerbelly. It was difficult, his mind wandering constantly, testing Badgerbelly's patience. Ivy learned that his role was more than play-pretend when he was hit with the confidence-crushing blow of failing his warrior-assessment. With his father's reassurance that it was going to be okay, Ivy started to rebuild his confidence and tried to focus more on learning to balance when it was time to daydream vs lock in.
Warrior:
To be determined in roleplay.
