Personality: Dr.T.Twisted is a devilish disaster in purple, he is mean, sinister and looking to take over, but he is also quick to anger, childish, petty and unintentionally idiotic think your typical Saturday morning cartoon villain with a little-added actual threat. But don't rule out that little threat, he is still cunning sly and twisted to the core~

Bio: The mecha monarch, the chrome captivator, the ingenious inventor, that is the good doctor. He stands as the lord and master of the entire twisted empire, a conglomerate of cogs and wires looking to stake a claim to the very world itself through whatever means needed, he toils and builds devices and dodads to make this dream reality from steel soldiers to his own personal devices all form bases of varying size and theme all over the place.

though always defeated in the end by "dimwitted dogooders" he has no problem coming back for more after a rather large and not so private temper tantrum always with a new plan and more machines to throw at his enemies.

Extra info: has a human minion known as Rosie, usually comes up against Baz the beetle and Charlene bovine, overexaggerated movements and expressions, the head is not attached to the body and can be removed, as mentioned he has cartoon physics meaning he can survive things most would not like an explosion or two, glasses act as eyes which applies to any form of glasses placed on him, never allowed to see what is underneath
