A mad doctor who has made numerous kinds of inventions... you name it! Machines, digusting creatures, potions, and more! Victor's a little quirky, and he enjoys getting electrocuted with high levels of voltage flowing into his body, and somehow not get fried from it. He says it's due to the Curse of Resistance.

His German accent fluctuates from extremely thick to nothing at all, depending on the situation.
