I'd probably call them Fanpals/Faanpals, having their tails be fans that can sort of work like peacock tails

I'd most likely have them be either closed or semi, but I'd start very small to work everything out and make sure everything works properly before opening up for the public :,)

I'd definitely make a discord server- as for arpg I'm not sure as I haven't worked with that much before ^^

could I claim? this concept is really cute! I would make them into a semi-closed species ( only certain traits being closed ) and co-own them with Ashrats!

I honestly dont wanna own it (bad at being a owner for a speices and all) 

But I do wanna say its such a adorable concept and to whoever does own it in the future, I so badly would love to get one X3.
