Haze

BIO: Haze is the enigmatic gamemaster of a highly popular yet very illegal arena, in which volunteers fight to the death (or close to it) while excited onlookers party, blast music and gamble on the fights. The arena existed for years before Haze was a part of it, and it's a bit unclear how he got to the top considering Haze is far from a fighter himself. In fact, usually Haze seems like the last person to be a leader of a huge fighting ring. He's generally very upbeat and mild-mannered in public, smaller than the average kintaur and more likely found at a library than a nightclub. However, dig a little deeper (or just attend one of his fights) and you'll find a very different person. Haze is very pragmatic and Darwanistic, strongly believing in a survival-of-the-fittest mantra and viewing himself as morally neutral. He's very good at creating social connections and putting on faces, whether that's the cheerful bookworm in the library or the sarcastic cold-hearted announcer at the fighting ring. He very rarely forms genuine, vulnerable friendships and is actually pretty lonely despite almost-constantly being in the company of other people. He has a rather ironic, dark sense of humor and very rarely shows sadness or anger, instead washing over things with jokes or banter, a useful skill to have when working in a business where people fight to the death.

DESIGN NOTES: You can draw Haze's hair any color you want except white, although he most often has it dyed purple like in the ref. It can also be in different styles provided it's about the same length as the hair in the ref. Please don't forget his heterochromia!
