Dr. Quill Reaper is a medical practitioners, at the same time he is also a business man that sells (medicine) drugs, install cybernetic prostheses like a ripperdoc for sure. He is based on a SEA (Malay toyol lore) goblin inspired design.

He is addicted to smoking and kraton drug drinking due to overwork as the only doctor around the area.Although he knows very well the risk of his health but can't help with his bad habit of consuming them.  Quill have a mechanical cyber heart and lungs 🫁 implant operational to keep his breathing life style better and more improve.
