This is Haywire! He is a shiny jolteon buizel mix, and boy howdy is he a surfing hazard. She doesn't actually have a gun, btw.

By biting at the loose live wires in her mane and tail, she can go into Wild Charge; which is like the move wild charge, but a status effect in which she is covered in electricity that deals damage to her and (significantly moreso) to her opponent on any physical moves from either.
THUNDERBOLT
A strong electric blast crashes down on the target. This may also leave the target with paralysis.
WILD CHARGE
Haywire's body becomes surrounded by streaks of electricity. She then charges towards the opponent at a high speed and crashes into them. Haywire then suffers from recoil damage. (Status effect of dizzy, as if circuits are fried, after three turns)
BITE
The target is bitten with viciously sharp fangs. This may also make the target flinch.
SURF
The user attacks everything around it by swamping its surroundings with a giant wave.
