Hickory is the definition of "Big hearted oaf". He's got a heart of gold and couldn't hurt a fly. He's humble, kind, honest, and always works very hard. But he's also not very smart...easily taken advantage of or convinced of silly things, and manipulated by bad actors. He tends to be so go with the flow he doesn't really think about things that people tell him and just doesn't grasp that people can lie to him or be wrong sometimes. He wants to see the best in everyone which also turns into his greatest flaw when it leads him down the wrong path because he lacks real critical thinking skills.

He's a hard worker and as long as he surrounds himself with good people- he'll stay firmly on the right path. Often, his friends end up being the ones who protect him from others without Hickory even really noticing. 

He's secretly pretty insecure about his intelligence and will quickly feel very bad or upset if you bring attention to his inability to understand something. 

Hickory grew up in the southern ranges of Sheopax where he was raised in a humble farming community. He eventually found his niche planning and arranging the yearly harvest festivals where the locals celebrate their good fortune and another year of farming. He never really aspired to anything more than that- he had no big ambitions. He's just happy living his day to day, planning next year's great festival. 

He's reliable, and charming in his own right- but not very smart at all, so he doesn't stand out or stir any pots really, he's perfectly content living his normal casual life. 

He's a particular fan of nuts- Cashews, Pecans, Almonds. Especially when coated in something sweet like chocolate or honey.
