Victoria is a rather well-known blogger and online presence, who's since long ago cultivated a modern witchy aesthetic. She collects a lot of peculiar artifacts, fancy stones; she's always been on top of her research and always played the part well. Not being a true believer or fully invested in the magic aspect of it, it still sells really well with her fans. It also matches her style so it gives her more reason to dress extra fancy. 

What she didn't anticipate was that she'd at some point presumably managed to curse herself by handling so much occult, mystical artifacts and doing vaguely witchy rituals for photography purposes. She's contracted a mild case of possession, her hair now hosting a rather cheeky but not really malicious spirit. Having spend to much time with a vast variety of mystical items, doing things she doesn't fully understand or know too much about, she's pretty certain it's her own fault but has no idea where to start figuring out how to deal with it. And honestly? She doesn't mind it too much. 

Truth is, it's all purely coincidental, but the spirit doesn't mind playing along and toying with the misconceptions. It's a bit of a menace but doesn't actively try to ruin Victoria's day. It's a rather minor spirit of its kind - While spirits of this sort can often lead to major inhuman traits or abilities through their possession, this one's limited its effects to mostly concealable ones. The teeth trailing her hairline has been played off as a rather unique (and surprisingly well-received) fashion choice, and otherwise the only notable features are a somewhat menacing set of fangs and a snake tongue. Victoria's developed a habit of speaking quickly, silently and in a very self-conscious manner to keep it under cover when she has to. Rumors have spread online by people who may have seen or heard things, but that does mostly just add to her image and charm.
