Code is a ghost in a robot body. She's a magician of time, and her job is to monitor alternate timelines for any discrepancies that might ruin the time-space continuum. It's technically illegal for her to exist, so she often has to pretend to be a really advanced robot companion and hates every second of it.
For her job, she can bring up a floating UI showing a log of Everything that happens in the world with timestamps (or access it from her computer). Code can also calculate the probability of some things, but it got nerfed by the gods so it's super inaccurate.

Personality
Code is loud, dramatic, and playful! She likes to crack jokes and doesn't seem to take anything too seriously. She hides her insecurities with humor and is slow to trust new people. Sometimes she'll pull pranks and scare people by unhinging her jaw. Although Code may seem like a "people person," she's really selfish and hates that part of herself. However, Code is the type of person who would pick fights and defend her friends to the death.

Code can type very quickly as well as accurately. It comes in handy for work, which is more like a mundane office job at a desk than that of a glamorous magician.

Code can patch things up and get the job done, but she's honestly a last resort. She learned first aid to help out Remy back when he was a zombie and easily injured.

Code knows how to play the piano. She's pretty good at it, but she's not particularly interested in becoming a master at it.

Code has to pretend that she's really just a robot, and not a ghost. Because harboring souls is illegal, and she was part of an illegal experiment. She's on real thin ice with her employers and basically every other magician outside of her inner circle, but so far she's been successful.
Background
Code was a mundane human girl who became the main test subject in an experiment to achieve immortality. The researchers couldn't agree on whether they wanted to create a cyborg super-soldier, an advanced AI, or an amalgamation of souls. Code received 12 souls before a horrible accident overloaded her augmented body and caused an explosion, killing everyone in the facility but one. This last researcher had a change of heart and escaped with a cartridge that contained Code's "soul data" to give her a second chance at life.
For a small period of time, Code used her newfound magic to turn back time to try to prevent the events leading up to her death, but the repeated resets began destroying universes. Higher powers stepped in and took away Code's time travel abilities.

Trivia
- Alison made Code's first body and helped out on the rest of them. She used a blue wig because it was all she had laying around at the time, and she sculpted an androgynous frame because she was running out of material. Code liked the look and had it replicated for her later bodies.
- Code's favorite song is Sandroll.
- My headcanon voice(s) for Code are Y. Chang (specifically his higher range) and Touyu (another example here??).
- Code is Asian!
- Code, as a character, is around 10 years old now! I made her in 2009.

They just met, so Code doesn't know much about Tam except for the fact that Tam seems to dislike her for no reason. Code is uncomfortable with Tam because of this.
Sid

Code and Sid have a pleasant work relationship, and Code tends to serve as a mediator between Skuld and Sid.
Jose

Code still doesn't completely trust Jose, but she's thankful that he's helping her avoid Ghost Jail for Ghost Crimes (not what it's actually called).
