I do not have any huge resell ToS on characters/designs that you purchase from me, you may resell them for the SAME AMOUNT you purchased them for OR LESS! (You may only charge more if you have extra art that you've acquired through commissioning artists (art that you've paid for).
You may NOT sell a character you traded for unless you have additional art you've PAID for. I DO ask that you just please notify me who the new owner is!
These characters (my personal characters/designs) are not only my intellectual property, but in making derivatives of them and claiming ownership you are violating my works of authorship. I withhold and retain all legal rights to my characters and images. You may not use/repost/copy/redistribute for any reason. You may not use any of my characters or their art for RP purposes. You have been warned.
