She’s a member of the Legion of Stationery, but tends to act outside of their operations. She can have two forms: first being, like pictured above, a cute pair of pink heart-shaped scissors. Like the other Legion of Stationery, she can talk, move, and fight. However, she has another non-object form, as a cute girl with heart-shaped hair buns that dual wields scissor blades. She’s a himedere type inside and out. I like to think she’s the younger sister of Scissors, as she mirrors their cocky attitude but in a more “royal pain” fashion. She will say En Garde! And go O-Hohohoho! At you.
