Hello all! I'm sorry to do this so soon to the end of the raffle, but I realized an error in part the raffle info and need to change it. In order to get a General Lure, you must join the world, otherwise you wouldn't be able to use it anyways. If I've pinged you, you're entered in the raffle but you aren't currently in the world, and must send a join request to the world before the end of July to keep your General Lure. After that I will be purging inventories that aren't in the world as they're not going to be used. Sorry for the inconvenience!
