The Butler of Castle Villosa.  

Sinatra was stitched in a laboratory of a mad scientist whom Count Rose is acquainted with.  Impressed by Sinatra's remarkable strength and imposing stature, the affluent vampire hired him initially as a companion for his newly born daughter.  

Sinatra rarely speaks, preferring to communicate through grunts, often conveying his sentiments with an air of annoyance.
