It is the Jogress / DNA Evolution of WereAnumon und Froruwlmon.
It is a stronger subspecies of Anubimon.
IudexAnubimon is a myth of a Digimon, a being of the ancient times. Usually it doesn't roam the realm of the living as it's most commonly found in Purgatory, searching for those it sees unworthy. It is not meant to be outside of Purgatory, which is why it appears to be glitched out, should it decide to pay the living a visit.
It punishes and imprisoned the souls of said unworthy individuals.
It is able to freely move between the world of the living and the dead. IudexAnubimon is also capable of bringing back the dead as living beings and not as the undead, but it has no reason to do so.
IudexAnubimons presence is usually a bad thing.
