About
Aiko is the deutragonist of "Kisses and Gunshots". Aiko is the future godmother of the Tamura-Family. She takes her position very serious and is already preparing for the day when she's taking over her family. She has absolutely no time for boys and all that stuff and is more than frustrated when her family introduces the idea of creating an alliance with the Hayato-family through marriage. She desperately hopes thsi deal gets brushed off to one of the other members of the family.
Aiko is very success-orientated and very hard-working. She deals mostly with making up plans and also negotiations with other clans and rather leaves the dirty work to the others. Aiko can be polite if there's some benefit for her, but most of the time she is rather blunt and harsh. She has zero patience for incompetent people and can often be found scolding people. She's very bossy and easily annoyed. Aiko is also very organized and absolutely hates if this organisation get's torn a part. She's also quite stubborn and pretty prideful. This pride causes her to sometimes be a little dishonest about her actual feelings. She's extremely unromantic.

[ Fiance - Candidate ]
Takeshi's and Aiko's families want to form a bond with each other and the best way to do so is a marriage of cours.e While there's no official engagement, it is expected that one member of the Hayato family gets with a member of the Tamura family. And Takeshi really wants to fullfill this position together with Aiko, due to him having a crush on her. Aiko however is quite hard to impress and rather tells him off than being interested in a proposal.

Being a member of the Hayato family as well, Yuudai does also has a legitimate chance to be the one to marry Aiko instead of Takeshi. And well, Yuudai does have a crush on Aiko and tries his best to win his heart over. However Aiko is, as usually, not interested.
[ Cousin ]
They get a long well, however something that does go over Aiko's head is the fact that Ayame really wants to exit all this mafia business. Instead Aiko tries to set her cousin up with someone, anyone of the Hayato-family, so that she is spared the marriage.
