About: Afshar was once a powerful Freljordian warlord who fell in battle. He was strong and boastful man in life, and he realized too late that he was not an invincible man, and everything he fought for was nothing but shallow. In his dying moments, he regretted all of his choices and all of the harmful words and actions he made toward people who once cared about him, and to the innocents that suffered under his hands. He died a legend back then, but now he is one long forgotten by time. He was brought back to life a centuries later after a deadly Harrowing managed to spill far into the Valoran continent and reach his resting place. The deadly mist pulled blade that struck him down out of his body and flowed into him. Afshar became a terrifying wraith, one filled with rage and fury, ready to take revenge on the world for ripping him away. However, a mysterious divine force had interfered and allowed him another chance to take control of his new, deathly life. This second chance of life within undeath had not only granted him a newer, stronger form with incredible power, but a better sense of purpose and a desire to do better than his old self. He wanders his frigid homeland, protecting it and its inhabitants from dangerous supernatural forces. His current mission, however, is to keep tabs on the cursed wraith known as Isfrid the Benumbed, a dangerous being with a goal of freezing over the world. Afshar fights tirelessly to prevent her dangerous presence and protect the realm from her cold and uncaring need for destruction. Despite his humble self, Afshar still has remnants of his old temper and he does his best to control himself when he gets angry. He hopes to one day find the powerful deity that rescued him from becoming a monster again.
