Since his skin is so light and sensitive he is rarely out in the sun. Because of this he has bad grades in school and that got him kicked out of his house. A mysterious man found him and took him in. That man happened to be the founder of an organization called Protection & Extermination Of Supernatural Beings (P. E. O. S. B) so Hiroya repayed his kidness by joining the organization as a new member. He had the talent to memorize everything he has learned including spells, contracts, charms and information on each species discovered. He also learned of the level system. He was assaigned to keep watch of the vampire king the organization has somehow captured. The prisoners flirting and teasing was very annoying to Hiroya. He felt strange feeding the creature but he was chosen to do so and the safety of the public was in his hands. The vampire king is level Catastrophe which is the highest and most dangerous so Hiroya had no choice but to play nice with the flirtatious vampire. He was shocked when the vampire agreed to join P.
