When it is my creation:
-Please credit me for the design when possible.
-You may alter my design but not until it's unrecognizable.
-You may trade and gift the design.
-You may resell but not for more than you bought it for (if anything remains unchanged [i.e. if you have have more commissioned pieces of said character and such the value is obviously more])
When it us NOT a creation of mine:
-Credit the original designer for their work
-You may trade and gift it once you have claimed it
