mcafee & norton are a pair of virulai packaged with an installation wizard. while your install is running, little low-framerate gifs of the two of them performing various magical acts pop up to keep you entertained. they love the attention, but hate the wizard, who they perceive as a cruel master keeping them trapped in a third-rate application. they know they could make it big if they could just break out of their confinement...
mcafee is the older and more chill of the two. her magic acts involve sleight of hand, card tricks, and the old sawing-in-half trick. she's actually always in two pieces, a torso and legs, and just moves as though the pieces are connected. sometimes she'll get distracted and her torso will float off in the wrong direction, leaving the legs behind.
