~She has a burst of energy at-will every so many seconds/minutes that is used to make her move at lightning fast speed for one second. It is not a perpetual state, so she must decide how to use it and when. Because of the nature of this quirk, her muscles, bones, and skin are much more resistant and hardy so they don't break or tear with the sudden fast movement. Her eyes are also able to keep up with the quick motion if she chooses to make herself jump or run fast, so she does not have to compensate for the adjustment from fast state to normal state.
