Best friend of the Carousel sisters, she's the personification of a clock tower that the Collector got in one of his many travels.
Is very precise and polished in everything she does, but also a bit "crazy".
She too has a passion for gossip/drama, and is a prankster who loves pulling pranks on people.
Is the one with most knowledge in the mansion, but it's very hard to make her tell you what you want to know, she likes teasing a lot.

When Ruhette first was in the mansion as part of the collection, she spent a lot of time just watching hours tick by the clocktower. She got affectionated to the item, and even started singing along the cuckoo bird in it. One day, while the cuckoo was singing, she sang back about how much time she'd still have to spend in this prison, and hugged the clocktower; thus the Soul Link was born and Athaliah and Amberlynet as well.
