It is OK to resell a character I made for more than you bought it for if you redesign it, just keep me on the credits.
Other than that, you can resell for what you paid (you can add on an amount for commissions, as well as for trades & your own art within reason), trade, gift, etc. Please don't try to impose rules onto my designs; I want them to be as free as possible & don't really check up on them.
