Hatching from it was a strange looking eevee. He doesn't seem capable of evolving, and has tropical, gummy-like accessories adorning it.
They commonly go by Marciel, which is a sort-of portmanteau of their two first names, Marin and Cassiel, but pearl lets pearls' friends also call them by Mar and Ciel too. They are often mistaken for a woman, but this doesn't keep them from wearing their favourite pearls and putting on their makeup! Pearl can be a little shy at first but sea is such a sweetheart. Their favourite place is the beach and they are a natural swimmer
