Kai

Kai, female. One of two runts within the litter, but firstborn on the bunch! This little tribred is one of the most "calm, cool, and collected" of the bunch, and is said to be reliable and wise among her siblings, depsite her small size. She is not bothered at all by the cold, and can subtly kill new life with the formation of magical frost.

Kai is a bit of a loner. She has people that love her and that she loves, but she prefers to be on her own. It is easier for her to be an unbiased judge if she limits her interactions with others. She is unofficially referred to as a 'bounty hunter' but in reality she does less search-and-seizure and more deciding who should be collected. She often helps bring in these individuals, and if she finds them in her territory, she has no compunctions about dealing out some justice. She is cold in her demeanor when she is called upon to judge, and many disagree with her.

Lawful Neutral - she judges fairly but without mercy, and as she grows her moral compass changes. It can make it difficult to look back on her previous decisions, but she is still regarded as a good, wise Quilldog.
