PONY OC he spends his life traveling, most often by sea. most port towns have heard of him if not met him before. he's seen by some as an omen, usually a good luck charm, sometimes something to be prayed to, but always as some kind of force.

Singing alows him to ward off bad luck and restore balance in an area; this is strenghtened by instruments and other voices joining in. he has a friend who warns him which ships/groups are at risk of disaster and he makes a point to travel with them and ward off danger with his music. most ponies don't know how his ability works or about his informant, which leads to the many misconceptions about him.
