Lovelorn Mound

"Close to the mountains a mound will arise
Hidden and forgotten and filled with great lies

For once a lover was sent to wait
But there he was met with a terrible fate

His heart was crushed and so were his bones
He died out here in the vast alone

Buried away far under the ground
And thus was born the Lovelorn Mound"

A local poem that speaks of a lover who died near mountains and appears out of a certain mound of dirt. He tears forth looking for his lover that abandoned him. Though their memory is fuzzy and may mistake you for them.
