a lesser god of weather. was born a mortal as part of a people under the gaze of a vindictive god, suffering a punishment for a crime long since forgotten for all involved. she eventually kills the god to end her people's suffering, and her ascension is crowned by a massive rainstorm — something her people haven't seen in generations.
