A bitter, power-hungry captain.

Victor is a tall, broad man, with a hardy stance about him. He has tanned peach-coloured skin and a trimmed head of brown hair, with long sideburns running down his cheeks. He has slim grey-blue eyes, dark eyebrows, and a long nose. He wears a neatly-groomed imperial moustache covering his entire upper lip. He has a strong face with a dimpled chin. He wears his infantry uniform with pride, and would rather be dead than have any part of himself unkempt or unpolished. He is 5'11".

Victor is stern, austere, and craves power. As an upperclassman, he is polite and seems to know every piece of etiquette there was, but will let his sour personality shine through.

Victor's story takes place during the First Boer War. He is stationed in South Africa.
