Belemy

One of the first conclusions he ever came to in life was: wearing a tie means you are Serious Business.

…Therefore, the more ties you wear, the more serious you are, right?

This was a philosophy that Belemy carried with him into the rest of his life, and his future career.

From his youth, he idolized journalists and their seeking of truth, their daring against the odds to delve into the world's secrets. He structured his whole educational path around it, finally breaking out with a Master’s in Journalism. With diploma in hand, and a bevy of references at his back, he set out into the world. He was going to chase down the facts of any situation, he was going to boldly learn stories that no one else would dare tell, he was going to get the real scoop!

Or, at the very least, he was going to rock he socks off of the local news station.

It was not long after his hiring that Belemy Brown became a mainstay at WSRZ News, and soon after that a household name—at least for anyone who regularly tuned in to the primetime news. While he has his fanatics, some in the public do find his intense personality offputting, and within the station it is known that anyone who gets on his bad side for any slight, no matter how minor or how merely perceived, will find themselves the brunt of something just short of a force of nature.

There has been buzz lately about Belemy relocating to a bigger station, and the rumors are not unfounded. On the heels of returning from his first overseas assignment, and with a slew of new rewards to tack to his wall, he has become a figure to watch, by those in the know. However, the fateful call has yet to come.

Still, he may not be at the top yet, but by gum, he’ll get there soon!

Trivia:

- Has developed a small vendetta against Richard, the camera man, for reasons that no one can decipher, and has come to blame him for any misfortune that befalls him. Suspects of him of being a fear gorta in disguise. Richard has neglected to provide comment.
