They're a God of Moonlit Nights and Spirits, they got a few ghostie pets to keep them company.
They like tea and walking around at night being creepy. Soft spoken and sweet. Sometimes they just trail off while speaking and start daydreaming, Misare and them are siblings who take walks together, usually it's Misare who does the talking but when they start going off on a tangent about gross stuff Mire quickly changes subject or just zones out.
If you come across a beautiful quiet evening where the moon is bright, Mire has cast their blessings on you. Don't be afraid if you see shadows at the corner of your eye, that's just Mire's pets seeing you off.
