Eric is a current prototype of a line of "robots" meant to be a highly intelligent companion/whatever else someone might need with an experimental AI that gives him a 'personality' and allows him to adjust to better suit the person he belongs to. His creation is a bit of a gray area, as studies of inorganic beings and what makes them have been utilized in order to make him and others in his batch more 'lifelike' with mixed results. Said experiments utilize elementals, ripped from their respective planes, and a process that splices them into pre-made shells. His own temperament is more calm, relaxed, and observant as a result of some of his material bases. He is inquisitive, but tries to learn through observation before asking anything outright.
