1;  explicitly credit me for the design, "credit to the artist!" doesn't count. and don't try to be slick with it by obscuring the credit somewhere you know nobody looks.

2;  my only rules on redesigning are to not whitewash poc-coded characters, and do not remove my credit upon redesign.

3;  no rule on reselling/inflation, just don't buy it for reselling. i don't put my effort into a design for you to let it rot and sell it a month later.

4;  do not delete or privatise my designs. if you must, authorize me so i can still see it, or give it to somebody else/me. don't delete anybody's designs, honestly.

5;  don't copy my designs. if you do make a 'twin' character(which i would prefer you didn't), do not sell them, make it clear it's a 'twin' ripped from a design of mine, and make sure they're given away (if they are) with my design. if you take inspiration from a design of mine, please message it to me for approval.

6;  if you want to use a design of mine for commercial use, message me with what it will be used for specifically for approval (commercial fee depends on intended usage).
