Gulitaur'Dul

A major boss in one of my DND campaigns that was a part of the start of plot line where the party had to hunt down and discover a cult who worshipped a eldritch being refered to as "The World Eater"

They caught the major culprits and during their execution something stranged happened. They were beheaded via guilotine, but after that their body melted and fused with the guilotine and the ground beneath it, transforming it into this monstrosity.

Unfortunately it couldn't do too much thanks to one player having sentinal so it could hardily move. XD
Aw well.
