Ringo, Witch of Chaos
This high spirited witch can remind you of an annoying innocent child, but she's nothing but that. Behind the cutesy and her jokes, hides the power to bring chaos to ones life. Witch of Chaos is not exactly the chaos you would think of at first. She has the power to put 'Seed of Emotion' into any creature she wants. Such emotions can be sadness, anger, jealousy and even state of laughter, but of course excluding happiness, joy, and pride. Ringo herself does little job, leaving it all to her powers, to bring into human's life chaos and destruction. Once a Seed was implemented into one's life, then starts the process that Ringo calls 'Chaos of Self-Destruction'.
Her powers let her use hundreds of such Seeds at once, but Ringo is a stubborn child, always using just one of those Seeds, after which she observes the creature until it dies.
