Celeste is a goddess born in the clouds. Her job is to tend/herd the cloud sheep, in which determines the weather. She comes off as cold or icy, but deeply cares for her sheep. Sometimes you can see her smiling when tending the sheep.
Although lately she hasn't been carrying out her duties as a Shepard, but not due to laziness or a protest. She's been missing for a couple of years now, along with one of her sheep's. Some say she ran away, but something doesn't add up...Is she really missing?
