Summary

Backstory:War

From a noble family and child of the general of the country's army, Storm was a smart and mischievous kid. But the country soon found itself in the midst of a violent war that was looking grim. Their father, who had originally believed the war would be easily won, was desperate to perfect a method of manufacturing the perfect soldier in order to turn the tide of the war. And, when his funding ran out, he decided to experiment on his own children. The experiments worked moderately well on Storm, though despite giving them increased reaction speed, strength, and stamina, they were also left with chronic medical issues and muddled memories of their life before the experiment. The alterations also caused Storm’s elemental powers related to electricity to be much less powerful than they would have been.

At around the age of 17, Storm was sent to the front lines. The only things worth remembering were their squadron, who took care of and raised Storm like their parents never did.

Storm’s side lost. They returned to their home country to find a collapsed economy and a power vacuum. After living on the streets there for a short time, they decided to leave. There was nothing left for them there.

Eventually they met Pheo, and the two of them became close friends.
