Dracengeance, the cruel justice pokemon

it's ability is called "unyielding hatred", the lower the pokemon's HP the higher it's attack stats will get, also has a small chance to survive 1-hit ko moves

idfk man i'll write this down properly at a later point, current idea is that like- it's a defender of the innocent with extreme hatred for anyone it deems cruel or evil, giving them the same cruelty they so carelessly give onto others
