Lives in open waters in Krivalli world; during water's infection he lived in most clear ones, so he was free from any kind of lungs and diseases. Unfortunately, he was catched by enemies to use in their ritual, which was brutal practise of one of crocodile-like subspecies from this world. In the very last moment he was saved by Atlas, friendly character from Pandora, who wanted to fight with local chief to change rules of whole ritual. Atlas won, and brought injured and weak Monarch to Pandora.
Monarch is young adult; friendly, a bit sarcastic; clumsy with manual things, but one of the best swimmers around. When he's in water, his skin is covered by slimy substance, which dries out pretty quickly on open air. Can make good traps (for fish and crabs), not very good in combat.
