"The Inept Third Priencess"
Berry, the third daughter of Royalty. She's the youngest child and the least liked one in her kingdom. Her eldest sibling, her sister, is the most promising candidate for being the next saintess, exhibiting powerful healing capabilities and control over light magic, their signature element. Her second eldest sibling, her brother, is almost a swords master, also having great control over light aura.
She has always felt incompetent next to her siblings, especially in regard to her magic. Her family and the people of her kingdom did not make it easy on her either. Constantly getting dissed during banquets by the other noble ladies and hearing harsh remarks from her parents at the dinner table deepened her insecurities.
Berry truly loved magic, though, reading up on its history, learning new spells, and practicing mana gathering and control whenever she had the chance. She would always give her best during etiquette studies and other academics in hopes of not lagging too far behind her siblings and being known to be good at something too.
Berry was initially hesitant to leave behind her home and her only family to go to the faraway magic school, the Ellen Academy, but once she did, she felt like a great weight was off her shoulders that she didn't know she was carrying.

Berry and Magic
Berry has always been fascinated by magic, like most kids. Luckily, she has the privilege to learn about it via countless magic books, tuition and has the genetics to be blessed with more mana than the average. Everyone can learn magic with hard work, but having the talent and genes is always nice. Berry has a lot more mana than the average person, more than even most of her family in recorded history, but she also has the worst control over it. God creates everyone equal, after all, ayy?
Berry with Friends
Berry has been a lot less stiff and more friendly ever since she made friends with Luna, Minty and Momo, her three closest friends. Although it was a long time before she opened up, she's glad she did. Berry is surprisingly easy to fluster and very ticklish, especially her ears and wings. Berry does not care about her parents' validation anymore and realizes how shitty her family treated her. She still wants to become a powerful mage! Though, this time it's for herself.
Berry and her Loved ones
Berry has a lot more people she's afraid of losing now! Her dearest friends Luna, Momo, and Minty, and many other dear friends! ... She has reconnected with one of her paternal aunts and considers her her closest family now. Minty in particular, though, the loud, obnoxious girl she used to find so annoying and embarrassing has grown on her. She went from hating her to becoming rivals to confiding in each other, and now… she does not know, and she doesn't want to find out! But nowadays she gets even more easily flustered around her and is all jumpy, and her heart starts beating louder, and—has Minty always been so cute? and cool??
Her aunt that she reconnected with after being rescued by her in one of her exams that was hijacked by evil. She gave her the familial love that she lacked
Her first friend that she made at the Ellen Magic School. She helped her out in a lot of ways and is inspirational. They are both way too magic obsessed tbh...
